Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CSLogix Dispatch ("the Platform") at cslogixdispatch.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by Common Sense Logistics LLC ("we", "us") and provides logistics dispatch and tracking services for Evans Delivery / EFJ Operations and its authorized customers.

2. Authorized Use

Access to the Platform is limited to authorized users with valid credentials provided by Common Sense Logistics LLC or Evans Delivery. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties.
• Use the Platform only for legitimate logistics and business operations.
• Not attempt to access data or accounts belonging to other users.
• Not interfere with or disrupt Platform operations, security, or infrastructure.

3. Platform Services

The Platform provides:

• Real-time tracking of freight shipments (dray import, dray export, FTL)
• Document management (BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, invoices)
• Automated status notifications and email alerts
• Billing and invoicing tools
• Customer portal for shipment visibility

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime.

4. Data Accuracy

Shipment tracking data is sourced from carrier websites, APIs, and GPS tracking providers. While we work to ensure accuracy, tracking information may be delayed or temporarily unavailable due to carrier system outages, GPS signal loss, or data transmission delays. All tracking data is provided on an as-available basis.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of Common Sense Logistics LLC. Documents uploaded by users remain the property of the uploading party. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit uploaded documents solely for the purpose of providing Platform services.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is a tracking and dispatch tool. We are not liable for:

• Delays, damages, or losses in freight shipments
• Inaccuracies in carrier-provided tracking data
• Decisions made based on Platform data
• Temporary service unavailability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for Platform access during the period in which the issue occurred.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violations of these terms, security concerns, or at the end of a business relationship. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as needed. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
